Working here as a Respiratory Therapist brings extraordinary opportunities to expand your clinical expertise alongside seasoned professionals in critical care environments. Schedule/Hours:

  • Nights: 6:30pm - 7:00am
  • Includes one full weekend (Saturday and Sunday) per schedule
Qualifications:
  • Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with NBRC certification
  • Current RCP license
  • BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications required (ARC equivalents accepted)
  • NRP (or provisional status within 180 days)
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy preferred
  • Minimum 6 months of critical care experience, up to 2 years; pediatric, emergency department, and critical care experience highly desired
  • Excellent communication, assessment, and computer skills; strong relationship-building with patients, families, and healthcare teams
Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform and assess complex respiratory therapies and medication administration
  • Deliver critical care in ventilator management, airway procedures, and advanced diagnostics
  • Educate and support patients, families, and team members; mentor new staff and students
  • Contribute to safety initiatives, quality improvement, accurate documentation, and policy compliance
  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and forward-thinking team environment
