Weekend Receptionist

Are you a friendly, professional, and customer-focused individual who enjoys helping others? Legacy Village of Provo is seeking a Weekend Receptionist to join our team and serve as the welcoming face of our senior living community. If you enjoy interacting with people, providing exceptional customer service, and working in a positive environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Located near the BYU campus in Provo, Utah, our award-winning community is one of the largest senior living communities in the state and has been recognized with the "Best of State" award for senior living. We believe every interaction matters and strive to create an environment where residents, families, and employees feel valued and supported.

This part-time weekend position typically works:

  • Friday: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
  • Saturday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM, 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM, or a full-day shift
  • Sunday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM, 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM, or a full-day shift

Weekend availability is required.

As a Receptionist, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming experience for residents, visitors, and family members. You will assist with daily administrative tasks while providing exceptional customer service and support to the community.

Greet residents, visitors, and family members in a warm and professional manner. Answer and direct incoming phone calls. Sort and distribute mail and deliveries. Maintain an organized and professional front desk area. Assist with general office and administrative tasks. Provide information and support to residents and guests as needed. Foster positive relationships with residents and their families.

A genuine passion for serving seniors. Friendly, positive, and professional attitude. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent customer service abilities. Dependable and organized work habits. Ability to multitask in a busy environment. Attention to detail and professionalism.
