A DAY IN THE LIFE

While no two events are quite the same, here's what you can expect as a Retail Sales Associate -  

  • Responsible for greeting guests in a friendly manner while filling retail orders (with a smile on your face ) 
  • Operate Point-of-Sale system and process payment for purchased product  
  • Provide assistance with product information and ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction through excellent sales service 
  • Adapt to shifting stand locations within the arena 
  • Pivot between tasks in a dynamic environment (never a dull moment!) 
  • Perform any other duties as assigned

  • Comfortable operating in a loud, high-volume atmosphere

  • Basic PC knowledge
