Description

Position Summary 

The Marketing Coordinator supports the execution of Frontera Healthcare Network's marketing and outreach initiatives across digital, print, and in-person channels. Reporting to the Marketing Director, this role is responsible for implementing campaigns that promote the organization's services, events, and brand presence in the communities we serve. This position is execution-focused, with growth opportunity toward independent campaign ownership. Abide by Frontera's Mission, Vision, and Values daily. 

Requirements

Essential Duties and Responsibilities 

Campaign Execution & Content 

  • Execute marketing campaigns across digital, print, and in-person channels under the direction of the Marketing Director 
  • Create compelling content, including social media posts, flyers, newsletters, and event materials, that reflects Frontera's brand standards 
  • Support SEO efforts and assist with website updates and maintenance 
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics using analytics tools 

Community & Event Support 

  • Coordinate logistics for community events, health fairs, and outreach activities 
  • Represent Frontera at community events as needed, including occasional evenings and weekends 
  • Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to support staff engagement in outreach initiatives 

Cross-Functional Collaboration 

  • Respond to internal marketing requests in a timely manner using the established marketing request process 
  • Maintain organized records of campaign assets, vendor contacts, and project timelines 
  • Support the Marketing Director in aligning campaign execution with organizational priorities 
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall success of the organization. 

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree a plus  
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or event coordination preferred 
  • Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) and digital marketing tools  
  • Familiarity with design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite  
  • Basic understanding of SEO and Google Analytics or similar platforms  
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills  
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously 
  • Willingness to attend occasional evening and weekend events 

Working Conditions & Physical Requirements 

  • Office-based with occasional travel to community events and clinic sites  
  • Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds  
  • Occasional exposure to general healthcare environmentsÂ
