Executive Assistant / Office Administrator Position Overview Our client is seeking a versatile Executive Assistant / Office Administrator to support executive leadership with a broad range of administrative, operational, and personal assistance responsibilities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their workday, can effectively manage competing priorities, and takes pride in delivering exceptional support with minimal supervision. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted partner, helping ensure smooth daily operations while coordinating events, managing documentation, and handling special projects. Key Responsibilities Review, organize, and manage contracts, agreements, and business documentation. Answer incoming phone calls and greet office visitors professionally. Coordinate personal and business‐related errands as needed. Assist with planning, coordinating, and executing company‐sponsored events and activities. Support event setup and logistics at office and off‐site locations. Provide administrative and personal assistant support to executive leadership. Maintain calendars, schedules, and task priorities independently. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Assist with general office operations and special projects as assigned. Qualifications Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and strong ethical standards. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Flexible, resourceful, and proactive approach to problem‐solving. Willingness to support occasional evening or weekend events.
