Job description

Event staff are responsible for providing guests with the highest level of customer service from ticket scanning, to ushering, as well as security. Event staff ensure the safety and security of the guests and maintain order during the event. This is a great summer job for students, teachers, seniors, and anyone interested in a fun, outdoor summer job! Qualified applicants will be energetic, outgoing, responsible, and have excellent communication and customer service skills!

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Must be 16 years of age or older by September 1, 2026
  • Must be available to work an event-based schedule that runs nights/weekends from May – October (average of 40 events per season) and be able to work a minimum of 4-6 hours outside while standing
  • Must be energetic, outgoing, responsible and have good communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
