Job Description:

We are looking for an Event Assistant to help plan, manage, and execute a variety of events and meetings. This role involves everything from understanding event-specific needs and developing supporting materials to communicating with speakers and VIP attendees. The ideal candidate is proactive, well-organized, and comfortable managing multiple moving parts at once.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the planning and execution of events and meetings in a way that reflects the organization's mission and goals
  • Assess and implement the unique requirements of each event or meeting from start to finish
  • Develop content for event materials and work closely with design teams to bring those materials to life
  • Draft and send confirmation letters and other correspondence to speakers and VIP guests attending regional meetings

Qualifications:

  • 2–4 years of experience in event coordination, administrative support, or project assistance
  • Must be willing and able to lift boxes and event promotional materials
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational abilities, a confident communication style, and a can-do attitude
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered
