Registered Nurse

Job Title: Registered Nurse

Profession: Nursing

Specialty: Emergency Room

Duration: 13 Weeks

Shift: Night

Hours per Shift: 12

Experience: Minimum of 1.5 years of Emergency Department experience

License: Valid Ohio Registered Nurse License

Certifications: ACLS, PALS, TNCC, CPI/AVADE/CalmEveryStorm

Must-Have: Must work every other weekend. EPIC experience required.

Description: The role requires working every other weekend. EPIC experience is mandatory. A valid Ohio Registered Nurse license is essential. Applicants must possess ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and CPI certifications. The nurse will float between departments as needed. Floating will include assignments in high-risk areas. Availability for weekends and holidays is required. The facility reserves the right to cancel shifts due to low patient volume. Travelers are not eligible for employee incentives. Travelers must complete required lab work and assessments promptly. No requests for time off will be negotiated after the offer. Modules for training will be self-reported and are expected to be completed. Work may involve various patient age groups. Daily census varies, and the number of visits can be significant. Interdisciplinary support will be available during shifts. The nurse will be expected to manage a range of critical conditions.
