Location: ARC 3 | Tampa, FL 33607 Facility: BayCare Health System, Tampa Vascular Surgery – BMG Shift: Days | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Schedule: Full-Time | Onsite Weekend Work: None

Role Overview

As a Registered Nurse – Medical Group, you will provide patient-centered care in a specialty outpatient setting while collaborating with providers and the care team to deliver high-quality clinical outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing direct patient care using the nursing process and established clinical protocols
  • Supporting physicians and the care team in delivering outpatient vascular surgery services
  • Independently managing patient care for an assigned group of patients
  • Delegating appropriate care activities to other healthcare team members
  • Promoting patient safety, quality, and adherence to clinical standards
  • Maintaining accurate documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR)
  • Performing other duties as assigned
Education

Required: Technical degree in Nursing OR Associate's degree in Nursing

Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Nursing

Experience

Required: One (1) year of nursing experience

Preferred: One (1) year of medical office experience

Licensure / Certification

Required: Current State of Florida Registered Nurse (RN) License
