Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Healthcare (Pediatric Focus)

Location: Atlanta, GA

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Bilingual Registered Nurse (RN) for a home healthcare role in Atlanta, GA. This position requires pediatric experience and the ability to provide high-quality, individualized care in a home setting. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in assessing, monitoring, and managing pediatric patients with medical complexities while supporting families and caregivers.

Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to pediatric patients in a home healthcare setting.
Administer medications, injections, IV therapy, and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor and assess vital signs, respiratory status, and overall health of the patient.
Perform and manage G-tube feedings, tracheostomy care, and ventilator support as needed.
Educate and guide families and caregivers on pediatric care, emergency response, and safety measures.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic medical records (EMR).
Coordinate with physicians, therapists, case managers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
