Description

American Traveler is hiring a Night Shift RN for a Progressive Care Unit (PCU)/Tele position requiring KY or compact RN license and 2 years of acute inpatient PCU experience.

Details
  • Work on a 34-bed Progressive/Telemetry unit
  • Patient ratio of 4-5:1
  • Patient population includes pulmonary and sickle cell diagnoses
  • Common medications include antibiotics, heparin, and pain management
  • Skills utilized include IVs, PCA, CPAP, feeding tubes, wound vac, dialysis fistula care, cardioversion, and EKGs
  • Telemetry monitoring and titration skills not required
  • Uses Epic EMR
  • Night shift schedule from 6:45pm-7:15am

Requirements
  • Active RN license (KY or Compact) required
