Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) Weekend Warrior Manageable caseloads, flexibility, and meaningful hospice work that allows you to focus on quality patient care.

Join our team as a Weekend Warrior RN, supporting patient care from Friday through Monday. This full-time position offers flexibility in scheduling. For example, a typical schedule may start around 2:30 PM on Friday and continue through Monday morning (around 10:00 AM), but we are open to adjusting hours to fit the right candidate while maintaining weekend coverage.

Schedule, Hours & Territory • Weekend coverage from Friday through Monday with flexible start and end times to fit your schedule. • This role includes on-call responsibilities, along with completing scheduled visits as needed. • Crown Point, IN, and the surrounding communities within approximately a one-hour driving radius.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license • Hospice or home health experience preferred • Strong clinical assessment and care coordination skills • Ability to work independently in the field • Strong communication and documentation skills • Experience using HCHB (Homecare Homebase) preferred

Field Role Requirements • Active driver's license • Ability to pass a criminal background check • Ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check • Current TB testing in accordance with agency policy • Current CPR certification as required for the role
