Are you looking for a stable, hands-on career with a growing manufacturing company? We are seeking motivated, dependable individuals to join our production team and help create high-quality corrugated packaging products used by businesses every day.

APEX Placement and Consulting has partnered with an exciting company in Detroit, MI looking to add a Production Operators to their already amazing team. Their primary responsibility will be to operate and support corrugated box manufacturing equipment to produce high-quality products safely, efficiently, and according to production schedules. Keep reading for more details!

What’s in it for you:
· 1st shift opportunity – Monday to Thursday from 4:30am-3pm.
· Weekend shift – Friday to Sunday from 5a-5pm
· Competitive hourly rate at $15/hr (Pay increase $2 after 90 days)

What your day will look like:
· Operate corrugated box manufacturing equipment in accordance with production standards and safety guidelines.
· Load and feed corrugated sheets into machinery to support continuous production flow.
· Stack, bundle, and palletize finished products for shipment and storage.
· Inspect finished boxes for quality, accuracy, and defects to ensure customer specifications are met.
· Follow daily production schedules, work orders, and supervisor instructions to meet output goals.
· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
· Support machine operators and production leads with various production tasks as needed.
· Assist with basic machine setups, adjustments, and changeovers following training and established procedures.
· Adhere to all company safety policies, PPE requirements, and quality standards.

What we are looking for:
· Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred.
· Ability to stand and work on your feet for 10–12-hour shifts.
· Capable of lifting and moving 25–50
