Position Summary:
Hanline Frozen Foods is seeking a 1st shift machine operator. The ideal candidate for this role is a dependable, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. As a Machine Operator at Hanline Frozen Foods, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining production machinery to ensure the efficient processing and packaging of frozen food products. This position requires strong attention to detail, consistent attendance, and compliance with USDA, FDA, BRC, and company safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities:
• Monday-Friday 6:45am-3pm (occasional weekend)
• Machine set up
• Make adjustments as needed
• Perform light maintenance
• Keep machine running at optimal speed
• Package and process frozen food according to USDA, FDA, BRC, and Company regulations
• Fast paced, team oriented work environment
• Factory/warehouse/cooler setting
• Associates are expected to be here every day that they are scheduled, be on time, and stay for their entire shift
Qualifications:
• Must be able to work a minimum of 40 hours per week
• Overtime is required
• Attention to detail
• Excellent attendance is required
