Our company stands at the forefront of the food manufacturing industry, renowned for producing an extensive array of nutritious and delightful snacks. These Machine Operators play a pivotal role, managing complex machinery and performing advanced troubleshooting. This vital position requires specialized training, ensuring high-quality production and enhancing operational efficiency and safety
Key responsibilities include:
  • M aintaining quality standards, adhering to safety protocols like GMPs, OSHA, and HACCP, and effective documentation.
  • Flexibility in work schedules and a dedication to ongoing learning and training are vital for success in this role.

We offer these positions:
  • 1st Shift: 6:55 AM - 3:00 PM | 2nd Shift: 2:55 PM - 11:00 PM| 3rd Shift: 10:55 PM - 7:00 AM
  • $17 per hour for 1st & 2nd shifts. $18 per hour for 3rd shift.
  • $100 bonus for each referral to WSI

Overtime:
  • Mandatory on weekends (plant operates 7 days/week).
  • Overtime is optional on weekends for a specific run.
  • For those not doing optional OT, Saturday and Sunday are required workdays with an option to take two days off during the week.

Training:
  • 3 weeks of training provided by Hearthside.
  • Advanced training for complex machinery operation and troubleshooting.

Qualifications in this role we're looking for:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • Basic math skills and ability to handle calculations.
  • Must be able to read, write and speak English.
  • Ability to follow instructions and adapt to varying situations.
  • Physical capability to handle the demands of the job, including lifting and moving items.
  • Good vision and focus, essential for operating machinery.
  • Proficiency in English for effective communication.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial but not required.
