Job description

MRI Technologist - Weekend Shifts

This is a 13-week contract position.

Weekend days: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM.

3 ร— 12 hour shifts, 36 hours per week.

We are seeking an experienced MRI Technologist to join our team for weekend shifts. The ideal candidate will be skilled in operating MRI machines and providing quality imaging services to patients in a level 1 trauma hospital setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct MRI scans of patients using Siemens 1.5T or 3T (Aera/Sola/Skyra/Vida) and Philips machines.
  • Ensure patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare staff in providing patient care.
  • Maintain equipment and follow safety protocols.
  • Document and report imaging results accurately.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience working in a level 1 trauma hospital.
  • Experience with Siemens (Aera/Sola/Skyra/Vida) and Philips MRI machines is required.
  • ARRT(MR) or ARMRIT certification is required.
  • BLS certification (AHA) is required.
