As a Field Service Representative (FSR), you'll help ensure employees have the safety equipment they need by keeping our customer vending machines stocked, organized, and running smoothly.

What You'll Do

  • Restock PPE vending machines with safety products such as gloves, safety glasses, and other equipment
  • Monitor inventory levels and keep products organized
  • Perform basic vending machine maintenance and replace simple parts when needed
  • Transport inventory between storage areas and vending machines
  • Build positive relationships with customer contacts while providing excellent service

Schedule

This full-time position supports two customer locations in Lansing, MI and Tecumseh, MI.

The typical schedule is 40 hours per week, working at least five days per week, including one weekend day. Daily work is completed during each customer's operating hours and typically consists of 8-hour shifts.

Work Environment

This role services 10 PPE vending machines across two automotive manufacturing facilities (4 in Lansing and 6 in Tecumseh).

What We're Looking For

You'll be successful in this role if you are:

  • Walking throughout large production facilities and between multiple production lines
  • Working in an active automotive manufacturing environment
  • Managing inventory and servicing multiple vending machines independently
