Job Summary
Snackruptors USA Inc. is seeking a reliable and safety-focused Packaging Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team in Mountville, PA. The Packaging Machine Operator is responsible for operating packaging equipment, supervising packing activities, and ensuring products are packaged safely, efficiently, and according to company quality standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Conduct pre-start safety and sanitation inspections.
    โ€ข Set up and operate conveyor belts and packaging machinery.
    โ€ข Ensure packaging machines are operating at correct settings and speeds.
    โ€ข Verify proper product weights, coding, and labeling.
    โ€ข Perform quality control checks and document results.
    โ€ข Identify and isolate out-of-specification products.
    โ€ข Write work orders for equipment repairs and maintenance concerns.
    โ€ข Maintain clean and organized work areas.
    โ€ข Assist with training and supporting Packers.
    โ€ข Follow GMP, food safety, sanitation, and safety policies.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
    โ€ข Minimum six months of manufacturing or production experience preferred.
    โ€ข Ability to make basic mechanical adjustments.
    โ€ข Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
    โ€ข Ability to lift up to 70 pounds.
    โ€ข Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed.
