Loads, unloads, and operates up to 3 CNC Lathes to produce differential gears meeting customer requirements. Uses gauges to measure parts and ensure production of good quality parts. Records production numbers into computer database and packs out following given specifications.

Job Description:

  • Loads/Unloads up to 3 CNC Lathes
  • Performs proper inspection of parts using gauges
  • Maintains accurate quality and production information
  • Operates machinery and perform insert and tooling changes
  • Completes offsets on Machines

Required Skills and Education

  • GED or High school diploma is required
  • Perform mathematical computations
  • Use calipers and other basic measuring equipment
  • Ability to work effectively with others
  • Willingness to work overtime and weekends if required
