We are a professional recruiting firm, and we specialize in recruiting candidates for exciting career opportunities in the elevator industry. Our client has an immediate opening for an experienced elevator mechanic with an active CR12 state mechanic’s license.
In this role you will work as the lead elevator mechanic to install, repair, service and maintain residential elevators and mobility equipment. Our client offers excellent pay and benefits.
Job description
Elevator Mechanic with CR12 Elevator License $45-$55 per hour depending on experience! Candidates with 8 or more years of elevator industry experience may qualify for a higher starting pay rate.
Minimum Requirements:
· Possess an active CR12 Elevator Mechanic License strongly preferred. Candidates with a minimum of 4 years of documented experience servicing, repairing, maintaining, and installing elevators will also be considered.
-High school diploma or GED
· Electrical skills and schematic reading
· Must be willing to work long hours if needed
· Occasional overnight travel
· Must not be afraid of heights and be comfortable working on ladders
· Must be capable of lifting 50lbs or more and hard physical work
· Must be able to work in confined spaces
· Must be knowledgeable and experienced in proper use of hand tools
· Must have valid drivers’ license plus clean driving record and pass pre-employment
screenings.
