We need caregivers to assist seniors and disabled adults in Northwest Indiana with activities of daily living, in their homes or care facilities. Available shifts include days, evenings, nights, weekends, overnights, and live-ins.
Opportunities available in northwest Indiana include Munster, Valparaiso, Crown Point, Schererville, Dyer, Hammond, Gary, Merrillville, Cedar Lake, Michigan City, and more!
Duties typically include:
• Companionship and conversation
• Meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Medication reminders
• Dressing and grooming
• Transferring and positioning
• Bathing and showering
Requirements include:
• A minimum of 1-year experience caring for a senior or adult
• Ability to competently perform assigned tasks
• Good communication skills
