Job Summary:
A Delivery Driver is responsible for customer satisfaction and transporting items in a safe, timely manner. The Delivery Driver should be willing to work as part of the delivery team in order to ensure that the items are complete, packed correctly, and safely delivered to the correct customer.
The Delivery Driver should be polite and prompt with a commitment to providing our customers with an excellent experience. They should be thorough in ensuring orders are properly fulfilled, committed to work safety, and passionate about satisfying clients.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
  • Practice Responsible alcohol delivery service standards as set forth by state law, regarding ID verification as well as any specific Delivery System ID Technology required.
  • Follow all traffic and parking laws
  • Operate the Delivery System
  • Ensure customer satisfaction
  • Transport items in a safe and timely Manner
  • Polite and Prompt with a commitment to provide customers with an excellent experience
  • Be thorough in ensuring orders are properly fulfilled
  • Committed to work safety
  • Loading, transporting and delivering items to customers in a safe, timely manner
  • Review orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, the charges are correct and the customer is satisfied.
  • Assist with loading and unloading items from vehicles.
  • Provide excellent customer service, answer questions and handle complaints from customers.
  • Adhering to assigned routes and following time schedules.
  • Abide by all transportation laws and maintain a safe driving record.
  • Prepare reports and other documents relating to deliveries.
  • Operating equipment such as cars.
Requirements
Qualifications, Education & Experience:
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid US driver's License
  • Covered under the insurance for the car you are using to drive
  • Acceptable Driving Record via MVR ran by TWG BRL, LLC's Liability Insurance Company to be added to the insurance umbrella as a means for supplemental insurance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Provide an extremely high level of customer service
  • Ability to work in a fast pace setting
  • Organized with a great attention to detail
  • Self Motivated
  • Demonstrated reliability and punctuality
Physical Requirements:
  • Regularly required to talk or hear
  • Frequently required to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, crawl and climb
  • Regularly lift and or move objects up to 50 pounds
  • Vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
Travel:
  • Frequent travel is expected for this position
Additional Eligibility Qualifications:
  • Must maintain Indiana State Employee Permit
  • Must maintain Indiana State Approved Server Training Certification
