Weekend Dishwashers are primarily responsible for cleaning and sanitizing plates, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment throughout their shift. In addition to operating commercial dishwashers, you may be expected to help with trash disposal, kitchen cleanliness, and restocking clean dishware for cooks and servers. You’ll often collaborate closely with other kitchen staff, especially during busy meal periods, to ensure a smooth workflow. This position is key to keeping the kitchen running efficiently and safely, making you an essential part of the team.
