The automotive markets Holman serves include fleet management and leasing; vehicle fabrication and upfitting; component manufacturing and productivity solutions; powertrain distribution and logistics services; commercial and personal insurance and risk management; and retail automotive sales as one of the largest privately owned dealership groups in the United States.

Principal Purpose of Position:

  • Manage the execution, pacing, and optimization of paid digital media campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Apply data-driven decision-making to proactively improve performance across digital advertising platforms. Develop insights, recommendations, and best practices based on performance trends.
  • Interpret and analyzecomplexdatasets to identify trends and patterns
  • Processing, cleansing, and verifying the integrity of data used for analysis
  • Enhancing existingdata sets with third party sources of information when needed
  • Work with management to prioritize business and information needs
  • Locate and define new process improvement opportunities

Education and/or Training:

  • Four year college degree in marketing, analytics, or related fired or demonstrated equivalent experience

Relevant Work Experience:

  • 3-5years of experience managing paid digital media campaigns. Experience in automotive or multi-unit retail a plus.

Regular Full-Time

Pay:

We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $72,950.00 - $103,955.00 USD annually for full time employees. The annual compensation range is comprised of base pay earnings.
