Job Description
We are seeking an ambitious and creative Digital Marketing and Social Media Analyst to work in the Investment & Corporate Banking division of our clients reporting to the Managing Director, Head of Business Marketing. This position plays a key function in the promotion of digital media channels including social media, website content and digital email in support of the growth of the brand and promotion of our growth story.
The ideal candidate will have a strong interest and experience in promoting business and executive profiles by strategically managing social media channels and website content. He/she must be able to collaborate effectively with a talented team of internal professionals and vendor partners - across PR, digital marketing, video production, conferences/events and creative services -- to support the business and brand objectives.
Responsibilities
  • Manage the creative assets,rendering, scheduling, placement and posting of marketing campaigns andcontent on social media channels in order to increase audience eminenceand engagement
  • Work with marketing anddesign partners to create, review, write and manage marketing and socialmedia assets
  • Maintain and managedivisional website including videos, thought leadership, articles, andpodcasts by keeping pages current and updated with fresh content andbranded images. Work with banking teams, internal partners and vendors todesign appealing and engaging content for placement and optimize SEO forincreased website metrics
  • Support efforts with ourpublic relations firm by scheduling of meetings, tracking press calls andcoordinating efforts
  • Track, communicate,coordinate and submit house and transaction awards to industrypublications
  • Monitor and respond to theworkload, resources, and priorities for designers and vendor partners
  • Coordinate the publication ofmarketing newsletters and content with the banking teams
  • Partner with the leadershipand teams on projects, planning, and strategy
  • Adhere to the policiesregarding communication with the public by obtaining and maintainingrequisite communication approvals from key stakeholders including legal,compliance, corporate communications and licensed supervisor
  • Work with executivemanagement, front office bankers and COO team to define and craftcommunications
  • Effectively communicate withand present ideas and requests to senior management and bankers

  • Bachelor's degree inBusiness, Management, Digital Marketing, Communications or a related field
  • 2-4 years' marketingexperience in an operational or creative field; agency and/or financialservices
  • Direct experience managingand maintaining corporate social media channels and building a presencethrough differentiation, audience targeting and engaging content
  • Exceptional professionalismand confidence demonstrating the ability to effectively engage withinternal stakeholders and navigate a matrixed environment.
  • Proficiency and creativitywith marketing formats
