The Front Desk Agent is responsible for welcoming guests, processing check-ins and check-outs, managing reservations, and handling guest inquiries. This role ensures that all front desk operations run smoothly, providing efficient service and maintaining a high level of professionalism to ensure guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Greet guests and process arrivals and departures promptly.
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests courteously.
