Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Systems Analyst to support engineering and technology programs at NASA's Marshall Space Flight Center. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze, design, and implement system solutions that enhance mission-critical operations and ensure alignment with program objectives.
Essential Job Duties
  • Collaborate with engineers, scientists, and JT professionals to assess system requirements and develop solutions
  • Analyze current systems and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization
  • Support integration and testing of hardware/software systems across various NASA programs
  • Develop documentation, reports, and presentations to communicate system performance and recommendations
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in lab and operational environments
  • Maintain configuration control and ensure compliance with NASA standards and protocols
  • Participate in planning and execution of system upgrades and deployments

Qualifications (Education, Experience and Specialized Training)
  • Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in systems analysis, integration, or technical support (NASA or aerospace experience preferred)
