L3Haris is seeking a dynamic Operations Supervisor to join our Huntsville, AL team.ย 

The Operations Supervisor is responsible for directing all work performed in production area(s) to meet production goals, to include safety, quality, delivery and cost. This role executes production schedules based on product demand, equipment efficiency/availability and inventory. The Operations Supervisor also ensures adherence to company policies and procedures within the workforce. Additionally, this position ensures that their team is trained and given development opportunities to grow their career.

Essential Functions:

  • 85% - Direct all work of direct reports.
  • Communicate with the team, facilitate daily meetings.
  • Ensure a safe work environment.
  • Manage the job functions for each team member.
  • Execute production plans.
  • Work cross-functionally with all departments and other leaders.
  • Process team timecards.
  • Generate and actively work development plans with team members.
  • Provide team with performance feedback, performance management and performance reviews.
  • Ability to obtain a US Secret Security Clearance.

Qualifications:
