K2 is seeking a Data Entry Specialist to support our clinic out of Winter Garden, FL in a full-time capacity.

The Data Entry Specialist in the Clinical Research industry plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of patient and organizational data. This position involves meticulously entering, updating, and maintaining sensitive health records and administrative information within electronic databases and health information systems. The specialist will collaborate closely with clinical and administrative teams to verify data accuracy and support compliance with healthcare regulations and privacy standards. By managing data efficiently, the role directly contributes to the smooth operation of healthcare services and supports informed decision-making across departments. Ultimately, the Data Entry Specialist helps maintain high-quality data that underpins patient care, billing, and reporting processes within the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Accurately input patient information, medical records, and administrative data into electronic health record (EHR) systems and databases on a daily basis.
  • Review and verify data for completeness, consistency, and accuracy, correcting errors or discrepancies as needed.
