Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our Supply Chain/Logistics department. This role will report directly to the Supply Chain Manager and play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely data entry, supporting daily logistics operations, and assisting with inventory and shipping activities.


Position Type: Full-Time, Onsite

Pay rate: $25-$30 an hour (Based on experience)

Must have NetSuite


Responsibilities
  • Perform accurate and timely data entry in NetSuite.
  • Support daily supply chain and logistics operations.
  • Verify inventory, shipments, and documentation within the facility as needed.
  • Assist with shipping and receiving documentation.
  • Communicate with internal departments to ensure accurate order and inventory information.
  • Maintain organized records and ensure data integrity.
  • Provide administrative support during inventory counts, including occasional extended hours and weekends.
  • Complete weekend data entry remotely when needed to help keep operations current.


Qualifications
  • Required: Experience using NetSuite (will be assessed during the interview process).
  • Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.


Schedule
  • Monday–Friday, onsite.
  • Start time between 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM, with flexibility to support operational needs through approximately 5:00–5:30 PM.
  • Occasional weekend work for data entry and inventory support.
  • Additional hours may be required during inventory periods a few times per year.
