・Start date: May1st 2026
・Location: Trumbull, CT
・Work days: Mon – Fri. Occasional weekend work.
・Work hours: 7AM-4PM or 10AM-7PM 
・Employment type : W-2
・Benefit: Insurance, 401K Match
・Salary : 80-88K / per year 

We are seeking a Data Center IT Facility Specialist in Trumbull, CT

Responsibilities;
a) Perform and/or supervise cable installation and patching at data centers,
b) Monitor power management and installation performed by the data center service provider at data centers,
c) Work on the data center facility preparation with project managers as requested,
d) Coordinate with the data center service providers for facility infrastructure work including installation of additional cabinet, cabling, and power for projects and daily operation,
e) Assist and manage telecom carriers' onsite installation and/or troubleshooting at data centers,
f) Create and update documentation such as; operation runbook, floor layout, cabinet layout, cable patching information, system update instruction, etc for the two data centers,
g) Racking and stacking the devices in data centers,
h) Obtaining price estimates, ordering, and billing with data center service providers and other vendors,
i) Capacity planning for data center engineering
J) Work on request/incident tickets
k) Work on RMA/mails/shipping to/from the data centers
l) Update related systems
j) Create a monthly service report 

Qualification;

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with data center work
  • Minimum of 2 years of client-facing job
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Excellent coordination skills with multiple parties and stakeholders in order to complete a task in a timely manner
  • User support/helpdesk experience a plus
  • Availability to work on weekends and off-hours
  • Availability to work at client’s data centers in Trumbull, CT
