$36.50 - $55.50

A successful candidate's actual pay rate will be based on several factors including relevant experience, skills, training, certifications and education.

HSHS St. Vincent Hospital and St. Mary's Hospital is seeking an RN to work specifically in our Interventional Radiology (IR) department. Ideal candidates are patient focused mission driven individuals providing high-quality and specialized nursing care to patients undergoing minimally invasive procedures guided by imaging technologies.
Position Specifics:
Department: Interventional Radiology
Core Function: Nursing
Schedule:Part time - 24 hours weekly (3 days per week) - staggered start times between 6:30am-8am, 8 hour shifts, on call 1 night per week to every other week and every 7-8th weekend
This position will also assist in scheduling which entails conducting pre procedure phone calls to obtain health history, reviewing instructions, ensure proper labs and imaging are completed prior to the procedure and performing patient follow up communications.

Education Qualifications

  • Graduate from an accredited and approved school of nursing accepted for licensure in the state of practice is required.
  • Bachelor's of science in nursing is preferred.

Experience Qualifications

  • Critical Care Nursing experience is preferred.

Certifications, Licenses and Registrations

  • Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in state of practice is required. Wisconsin: RNs may practice with a valid multi-state RN license as outlined in the Nurse Licensure Compact rules.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) are required based on the patient population in the specialty area worked.
  • Specialty certifications based on patient population such as Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN), and Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN) are preferred.
