We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service / HR Admin to join our team. This dual-function role balances providing top-tier customer support with assisting our internal team through core HR administration and basic bookkeeping support.

Responsibilities Include

  • Customer Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, resolving questions, and maintaining accurate account logs.
  • HR Administration: Assist with employee onboarding, maintain personnel files, track leave requests, and support general HR compliance.
  • Bookkeeping Support: Handle basic QuickBooks tasks, including entering invoices, processing vendor payments, and assisting with light data entry.
  • Office & Data Management: Utilize Microsoft Office to draft communications, update internal spreadsheets, and maintain organized digital filing systems.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Education: Associate's degree required.
  • HR Experience: Proven exposure to or experience within a Human Resources administrative capacity.
