Customer Service Representative

Location: Onsite

Type: Full-Time - Temp to Hire

What You'll Do

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center, service, or high-volume customer support environment
  • Strong experience handling customer interactions through phone, email, and chat
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proven ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting
  • Experience managing escalated customer situations professionally and effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and customer management systems (CRM)
  • Experience with ERP systems preferred
  • SAP and/or Oracle experience is a plus
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; additional education preferred
