This role is set within a community health clinic, primarily operating in a remote work environment. Our clinic values flexibility and promotes a positive work-life balance, offering various scheduling options that cater to your availability. Although remote, our team collaborates closely across various disciplines to ensure cohesive care, staying connected through regular virtual meetings and training sessions.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.
• Provide therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, families, and groups using evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with legal regulations and ethical guidelines to ensure the highest level of care and professionalism.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and integrated client care, participating in case consultations and treatment planning.
• Engage in continuous professional development to keep abreast of current trends and research in mental health, contributing to improved therapeutic practices.

The primary focus of our counseling services is diverse individuals and families facing various mental health challenges, including stress management, anxiety, depression, trauma, and interpersonal conflicts. We are committed to serving clients across different backgrounds and demographics, tailoring our therapeutic approach to meet the unique needs of each person.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.
• At least two years of hands-on counseling experience, ideally in a clinical or community health setting.
• Thorough understanding of and adherence to legal and ethical standards in counseling practices.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Proficient in the use of electronic medical record (EMR) systems and other relevant technology in therapeutic contexts.

• Experience in specialized areas such as family therapy, couples counseling, substance abuse counseling, or trauma-informed care is highly desirable.
• A proven track record of effective collaboration with healthcare teams to enhance client outcomes.

The salary range for this position is competitively set between USD 60,000 and 90,000 annually, with the potential for increases based on experience and performance. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:
