We are currently seeking a talented and dedicated Contractor Sous Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team and contribute to our reputation for culinary excellence.
Position Overview:

As a Contractor Sous Chef, you will play a critical role in supporting the Executive Chef in overseeing kitchen operations. Your responsibilities will include supervising kitchen staff, assisting with menu development, ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Executive Chef in planning and executing menu items.
  • Ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest quality standards and presentation.
  • Assist with inventory management.
