Restoration Textiles Administrative Coordinator
ServiceMaster Restore by TA Russell is looking for a polished and responsible candidate to support our Restoration Textiles division. We are a Fire & Water Disaster Restoration Company. Role requires a person with high degree of initiative, critical thinking, and sound judgement in order to manage tasks, resolve calendar conflicts, and foster connections with team members and our clients. Must be willing to multitask and work under pressure while being able to communicate effectively while having sound judgement
This position has the opportunity to grow into a larger role within the company.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming demeanor.
Prepare hard files and draft initial documents.
Effective and strong customer service skills and triage client concerns.
Answer incoming calls, emails, messages and other request, direct to the appropriate team member and ensuring timely responses.
Prepare and obtain work authorization documents from clients.
Contact insurance company adjusters and submit correspondence to track and monitor status of jobs.
Pay close attentional to details.
Aptitude to learn new software.
Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
Pre-screen potential clients and arrange for inspections.
Manage and monitor calendar for Department Manager
Work closely with the department manager and perform miscellaneous clerical duties as may be needed.
Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus, but not required.
Knowledge of Xactimate, software not required, but is a plus!
Knowledge of Contractor Connection platform is a plus, but not required.
Knowledge of reconstructions is a plus, but not required.
Knowledge of insurance property claims is highly desired.
Able to work occasional overtime and/or weekends when necessary.
Have a valid and clean California Drivers license.
Legally able to work in the U.S.
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.
