Job Title: RN: Case Manager
Location: Clanton, AL
Setting: Home Healthcare
Pay Range: $49.07 - $51.52 per hour
Schedule: 40 Hours per Week, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Monday - Friday; can have off on Friday or Monday; On-call required every other weekend)

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience as an RN (Registered Nurse)
  • Qualified applicants MUST have HH experience; OASIS, HCHB - IVs, Wound Vacs, Ostomies, Foley, Chest Tubes
  • Current, unrestricted state Registered Nurse license for Alabama
  • Ability to analyze complex medical information and make rational decisions
  • Case Management certification
  • Assist with week and weekend call rotation every other week (very minimal calls/visits)
