We're looking for a hands-on Construction Foreman who leads from the front. If you take pride in high-quality work, know how to run a crew, and can keep projects moving safely and efficiently, this is a role where your leadership truly matters.
You'll work directly with Project Managers, Property Owners, and Subcontractors to bring commercial and agricultural construction projects from blueprint to completion. This is a working foreman position-leading the crew, solving problems on site, and staying actively involved in the work every day.

Responsibilities & Duties
  • Supervise and coordinate daily activities of construction crews across all project phases.
  • Read and interpret plans, blueprints, and specifications to determine work activities.
  • Assign tasks and ensure proper training, tools, and safe execution.
  • Perform hands-on construction work as needed, including use of tools and equipment.
  • Monitor job site conditions, materials, and progress to identify and resolve issues.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and ensure performance and quality standards are met.
  • Communicate daily progress and updates to the Project Manager.
  • Enforce all safety standards and ensure compliance with regulations and procedures.
  • Conduct and participate in safety meetings and required training.
  • Train crew members on equipment use, procedures, and safe work practices.
  • Repair, adjust, and maintain mechanical construction equipment as needed.
  • Ensure projects stay on schedule while maintaining quality and efficiency.
