Key Responsibilities
  • Manage construction and reconstruction projects from pre-construction through final closeout
  • Oversee daily jobsite operations, crews, subcontractors, and vendors
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and budgets
  • Control costs, approve change orders, and track project profitability
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards, building codes, and quality standards
  • Serve as primary point of contact for clients, inspectors, and internal teams
  • Lead jobsite meetings, inspections, and progress reporting
  • Proactively resolve field issues to keep projects on schedule
  • Coordinate materials, equipment, and labor for restoration and rebuild projects

Preferred Qualifications
