Synergy HomeCare is hiring compassionate and dependable individuals who want to make a difference in the lives of others. No prior professional caregiving experience is required. Selected candidates will receive the training and support needed to become confident, client-ready caregivers.

No Experience? We'll Train You! Selected candidates may receive training through the Synergy Care Academy, including PCA coursework, hands-on caregiving skills, competency validation, Synergy orientation, and CPR / First Aid / AED training.What We Offer
  • ​Up to $15/hour on client assignments

  • Part-time opportunities with potential for up to 40 hours/week

  • Paid 40 Hour PCA Training & Orientation​ under Virginia State Minimum Wage.

What You'll Do
  • Provide companionship and support in the client's home

  • Assist with personal care and daily activities

  • Help with mobility, transfers, and fall prevention

  • Prepare simple meals and provide medication reminders

  • Support clients with dementia or memory loss

  • Complete visit documentation and share client updates with the Synergy team

  • Maintain a safe, respectful, and professional environment

Basic Requirements
  • CPR/First Aid certification

  • Negative TB test

  • ​Clear national background check​ ($50 background check fee deducted from first paycheck)

  • Reliable transportation, preferably with a valid driver's license and active insurance

  • Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed

  • Ability to work with multiple clients on a rotational basis
