12-Hour Shifts, 7am-7pmย  Home Care Nursing Case. LPNs or RNs with Experience Required. (G-tube,ย Trach) Weekends (Saturdays & Sundays) 7am-7pm and some weekdays. Immediate Need. Young-adult client. We can hire Licensed Practical Nurses or Registered Nurses for this case.ย

Must have experience with G-Tubes and Trachs, Vents. Critical Care Needed.ย 

Registered Nurse (RN) Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Job Duties:

  • Perform care as defined by clientโ€™s individual Plan of Care and within scope of stateโ€™sย nurse practice act.
  • Monitor patientโ€™s condition and notify appropriate personnel of any changes.
  • Provide those services requiring substantial and specialized nursing skill.
  • Assures proper maintenance of clinical records in compliance with local, state andย federal laws.
  • Counsels the client and family in meeting nursing and related needs.

Position Requirementsย 

Nurse Qualifications:

  • Current and unrestricted RN or LPN license in state for which you are applying. (Illinois)
  • Home Health Experience Preferred
  • Pediatric Experience Preferred (Trach, G-Tube)ย 
  • Oasis Trained
  • 1 year experience.
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the US.
  • Reliable car / auto insurance.
  • Clean background and criminal record.
