Job description

ASICC-MED medical placement and nursing care is currently recruiting a placement agent. The person must be available for the daytime schedule ending at 3:00 p.m. including every other weekend. We are looking for staff who are comfortable with new technologies and who are committed to providing excellent customer service. The placement agent should be able to: Ensure call management; Process customer and employee files; Process dispatch and customer service calls. More specifically, the Investment Agent will be responsible for: Respond courteously to calls from customers and employees by analyzing their needs; Quality assurance monitoring Data collection and entry Respond quickly and efficiently to any request and / or problem related to service calls, changes to schedules or availability, complaints, cancellation requests, etc. and monitor it; Distribute and manage employee schedules Analyze and process files Profile sought for this position of Call Center Agent: Diploma of Professional Studies (DES); 1 to 2 years of experience in similar functions; Good computer knowledge (Windows and Suite Office); Ease of communication and excellent interpersonal skills; Bilingualism (French & English) Please note that the male gender is intended to lighten the text.
