Customer Service Representative-Dispatcher

Full time office position: Potential daily bonus of $150 - $1,000

Growing company has an immediate need for a customer service representative-dispatcher to work evenings and weekend shifts from 10:30 am - 6:00 pm and or 7:30 am to 4:00 pm (approx. 40 hours/week. Looking for a reliable dispatcher who has experience scheduling appointments and dispatching technicians to service calls. The responsibilities of this position include:

  • Providing friendly services to customers & company departments
  • Offering enthusiastic guidance to customers & employees
  • Assisting & maintaining quality and organization
  • Keeping data and records up to date including spreadsheet information
  • Answering multi-line telephone system
  • Dispatching service technicians using a GPS software program
  • Assist with general office and administrative functions including (but not limited to) filing, faxing, marketing, and cold calling customers

Looking for a team member who is responsible, self-starter, family oriented, and can operate in a past paced environment. We are located off of 26 mile and county line road, you must live within 20 minutes of our location.
