Locum - Physician - Hospitalist - OB, Boise, ID!

Schedule:

  • Night float (Sun-Thurs 7p-7a) in-house every other month
  • Fri-Sun (7a-7p) whole weekend, in-house not required

Dates Needed Coverage:

  • 1/23 & 1/25 - BOISE
  • 2/24 - 2/26 - night shift (7p-7a)
  • 3/15 - 3/17 - NAMPA - night shift (7p-7a)
  • 3/19 - 3/22 - NAMPA

Requirements:

  • MD diploma
  • Internship/residency/fellowship certs
  • All medical licenses- COVID-Related Physician Licensure Exemption - Idaho Code 54-1804(1)(d)
  • DEA
  • Board Certification
  • Life support cards- BLS
  • Current and previous certificates of insurance
  • Driver's license
  • Professional color photo/headshot
  • CMEs for the past 2 years
  • Immunization records including TB, Flu, HepB, Tdap, Varicella, and COVID
  • References
  • Case logs
