What You’ll Do as a CNA
Provide direct care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Assist residents with safe transfers and repositioning
Take vital signs and promptly report changes to nursing staff
Support residents during meals and hydration
Maintain clean, organized living areas and restock supplies
Collaborate with nursing staff to follow individualized care plans
Offer companionship, emotional support, and reassurance
Promote a safe, respectful, and compassionate environment
Qualifications
Current Georgia CNA certification
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents safely
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑acuity environment
