Certified Medication Technician (CMT) – Love Where You Work!

Available Shifts: Full-time day shift

Shift Type: 12-hour: M-F Day and Evening: Every Weekend

CMT Job Requirements:

  • Must have a current Missouri (MO) Certified Medication Technician (CMT) certification

CMT Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional, personalized care to support residents in activities of daily living (ADLs)

  • Encourage residents to socialize and engage with one another to support emotional well-being

  • Create and maintain a safe environment where residents can thrive

  • Administer or assist with self-administration of prescribed medications and maintain accurate medical records under the supervision of an RN or LPN

  • Maintain medical records and documentation ensuring accuracy, compliance, and regulatory standards

  • Transport residents to and from dining areas; assist with feeding as needed

  • Make frequent rounds to check on residents’ needs and provide supervision of CNAs, ensuring proper resident care

  • Assist CNA staff with direct resident care when needed and follow up on corrections as necessary
