Pediatric Medical Assistant (CMA/RMA) – Glendale, AZ – $22+/hr

Location: Glendale, AZ

Job Type: Full-Time

Pay: Starting at $22.00/hr (based on experience) — pay and title review at 90 days with opportunity to advance to Lead Medical Assistant

Job Summary:
Our pediatric medical practice in Glendale, AZ is hiring an experienced Pediatric Medical Assistant with continuous pediatric clinical experience. This full-time role supports our providers with rooming, vitals, immunizations, and patient care for infants through adolescents, with a defined path to a Lead Medical Assistant position.

Responsibilities:

  • Room pediatric patients and obtain accurate vitals, height/weight, and growth measurements
  • Administer childhood immunizations per current AAP schedules
  • Assist providers during well-child, sick, and newborn visits
  • Document accurately and efficiently in the EMR
  • Support patient flow, scheduling, and clinical team coordination
  • Mentor and train newer clinical staff as you grow into a leadership role

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6+ years of continuous experience as a Pediatric Medical Assistant (no significant gaps)
  • Current Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) certification
  • Experience with pediatric immunization administration and vital signs
  • Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems
  • Strong, verifiable attendance and reliability record
