Job description

CB Mining is an independent family-owned corporation that is growing. Founded in 2013 and headquartered in Washington, PA, CB Mining focuses on product support for Longwall mines. Established from part of the Caterpillar mining group, CB Mining has grown from 2 locations in Washington, PA to now 4 locations, with additions in Marion, IL and Tuscaloosa, AL, We provide customers with rebuild services, CST gearbox rebuilds, welding and fabrications services, service exchange units, custom made cabling solutions, life cycle services including oil sampling and vibration analysis, robust inventory support, compatibility services and underground technical support. We also provide extensive machining, chroming, laser cladding, and hydraulic repairs through our valued partner Cleveland Brothers. Job Duties:
  • The main focus on this position will be driving the parts delivery vehicles.
  • Aggressively obtain repair and return work from customer warehouses
  • Promote sales of CB Mining products and services in a professional manner
  • Secondary duties include performing all phases of parts and stockroom duties with minimal supervision
  • Responsible for loading daily staged deliveries and securing loads per DOT standards
  • Responsible for unloading vehicles at end of route and placing parts in designated staged areas for processing
  • Housekeeping in warehouse area, interior, and exterior of vehicles.
  • Perform daily pre and post trip vehicle inspections
  • Notify supervisor of required vehicle maintenance and/or vehicle repairs.
  • Responsible for tagging returned parts accordingly and delivering paperwork to appropriate departments.

Requirements:
  • Clean driving record with a current and valid driver's license
  • Familiarity with product line preferred
  • Previous warehouse experience preferred
  • Positive customer relation skills
  • Develop productive relationships with customer employees
  • Good communication skills
  • Disciplined approach in maintaining regular schedule
  • Ability to become certified in forklift operations
  • Must be able to lift 50lbs
  • CPR, first aid trained, certified or willing to be trained, certified
  • Must have or be capable of obtaining a medical card for driving purposes
  • Must be able to work any shift and possible weekend callout.

  • Relevant working experience acceptable to the company.
