Brickyard Bulls, LLC is a growing registered Angus and Wagyu Seedstock and Beef Producer, and we are seeking a motivated, dependable, and hardworking individual to join our team. This is a full-time position offering competitive pay and benefits. Weekend work will be required based on ranch operations and seasonal demands.
Starting Pay: $23.00 per hour.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Assist with Artificial Insemination, synchronization, and newborn calf care.
• Provide daily animal care, including feeding, watering, health and wellness monitoring, mineral supplements, vaccinations, ear tags, and castrations.
• Perform field work, including mowing, fence construction, cattle watering systems, and maintenance.
• Must be able to work with team members and follow direction, assist other team members with ranch -related projects and operational needs.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
Preferred Qualifications
• Basic knowledge of cattle and cattle ranch operations.
• Comfortable working with livestock and handling animals safely.
• Basic knowledge of farm equipment operation and maintenance, such as checking fluids, greasing of equipment.
• Ability to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions, such as heat, cold, and rain.
• Basic computer skills, including data entry.
• Ability to operate skid steer, excavator and other land clearing equipment, work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects as required.
• Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Punctuality and reliability are essential. Employees are expected to report to work on time, maintain consistent attendance, and be dependable in completing assigned responsibilities.
